Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship your order in 1 business day.  

Purchases of $50 or more will ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and insurance. Faster shipping options are available through UPS or USPS for an additional charge. An email with your tracking information will be sent to the email you provided when your order ships.

In-transit delays cannot be controlled by Way Out West Jewelry.

Here are a few important things you can do to help ensure correct and timely delivery of your order

Please be sure your address is correct. This will help prevent financial loss, delivery delays, incorrect delivery, or returned packages.

This will allow the postmaster to quickly investigate exactly where your package was delivered and they will inform your mail carrier to immediately make an attempt to retrieve it.
